After 18 month back in the house we noticed that our entrance door got a bit of a squeeze. We contacted AT Eco and even with the Covid situation still in place, 2 weeks later Tomas came to our house not only adjusted the door but at the same time quickly checking all our windows and sliding doors and giving them a little service. At our first visit at the Kent showroom Igor explained everything to us, came up with a quote and never did we felt any pressure that we should buy from them. The windows and door quality is superb which was to be expected, but what certainly made all the different to us was the way they worked with us to make sure that all would fit. We had a rather unusual porch construction and Thomas and his team came on site a few times just to make sure the builder would built to their requirements. Nothing was a problem. The fitting team was extremely friendly and professional and they left the site with no mess. We run a kitchen business and we certainly will recommend this company to all our customers who are looking out for premium quality windows and SERVICE.
